One high quality foam pad to stop your battery from shifting around.
High quality materials and loads of testing.
Although this is only a humble battery pad, we did spend quite a bit of time, 5 months about, testing out different foam types and densities to find the right balance of light-weight, durability and grip.
We also spent a good while finding the correct adhesive backing for this pad, obviously it sticks like S#@T, but the battery pad can also be peeled off if it does become worn and tatty after months of use.
What is great about this backing adhesive is it doesn't leave any messy, sticky mess on your frame if you do try to peel the battery pad off. You don't need to use any harsh chemicals on your frame to remove the sticky residue.
