Triple bolt pattern to secure your arm to the main chassis plate. Smoothed over and filleted to reduce stress around bolt holes.
We have also introduced a new method of varied chamfer around the perimeter of the part. The part has a standard chamfer dimension around the entire perimeter of the arm, except for where the arm extends past the furthermost motor bolt holes. We increased the chamfer dimension in this region to reduce the risk of delamination. This gives you the best of both worlds without the loss of strength and integrity to the arm.
